TSN is airing their 'solution' to the NHL's collective bargaining situation. TSN's proposed solution is "the general framework for a new economic system that could - or should - be the jumping-off point for earnest negotiations to save the 2004-05 NHL season."
It should be interesting to see what they come up with. It sounds like a lot of people, on both sides of the issue, were consulted. Anyway, the solution is set to air on Sportscentre today at 3pm pst, I would also expect it to be re-run on Sportscentre throughout the evening.
